The history of our recruitment and HR consulting firm began over 30 years ago in Lyon, where Jean-Christophe DERUAZ, a work psychologist, founded Alerys to bring expert, human-centered support to organizations across France.
From the beginning, we’ve specialized in the executive search and assessment of experts, managers, and senior leaders. Originally focused on the life sciences and healthcare sectors, Alerys now works with clients across every major industry: industry, supply chain, IT & digital, energy, construction, real estate, marketing, and more.
Alerys has grown organically thanks to the loyalty and trust of our clients—not sales tactics. We built our reputation on long-term partnerships, quality service, and word-of-mouth recommendations.
Our close-knit team of 16 in-house consultants and headhunters, based in Lyon, Paris, and Grenoble, brings expertise, professionalism, and ongoing commitment to every project.
In June 2023, Alerys joined Groupe Oasys & Cie Terres Humaines, a recognized player in HR consulting and leadership transformation. This partnership strengthened our ability to support organizations during major changes and transitions.
Shortly after, the alliance expanded as Groupe Oasys & Cie joined Diot-Siaci, creating one of France’s most comprehensive ecosystems for HR and organizational consulting.
Alerys is now co-led by Virginie TEMPERE and Marie-Agnès BRICQ-MULTON, two experienced professionals who have worked together for nearly 20 years. Their leadership reflects the human values and long-term vision at the core of Alerys.
