Before joining Alerys, our team members earned a wide range of advanced degrees (business, political science, psychology), including master’s and doctorates, and pursued careers in operational positions.
As former managers, executives or HR managers, we chose consulting because we would like to provide a different outlook on the issues and serve as a genuine “agent for change.”
