Our primary business is candidate evaluation. Our analytical expertise constitutes the backbone of our company and we spend a great deal of time speaking with our candidates to ensure that company and candidate meet one another’s expectations.

 

To identify and attract high-value professionals, our research managers are experts in the art of investigation and searching through social media as well as in the art of approaching candidates and creating a relationship that fosters open dialog.

To address the strategic importance of the search for an expert, manager, or executive, to identify rare skills: a senior consultant and a search director with an expertise in head hunting work as a pair to identify and evaluate appropriate candidates. We will also look for and convince professionals who are not yet candidates.

For urgent and/or more generalist profile recruiting: our team selects candidates who are actively looking for new employment by sourcing via online networking sites and CV/resume databases as well as by publishing appealing and search-engine-optimized job offers.

To maintain an active pool of both common and rare candidate profiles for your recruiting needs, we plan ahead by constantly monitoring the market.

To temporarily and quickly reinforce your HR team, we provide internal services in the form of a delegation of consultants or set you up with an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) solution.
